Dr. Hans-Peter Hufschlag was born in 1963. He studied law in Cologne from 1984 until 1990 and earned his PhD at the chair of Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Klaus Stern in constitutional law I. He was admitted to the bar in 1998 and has been a member of Luther and its predecessor law firms ever since.
