Julian Monden provides buy-side and sell-side transaction advice, as well as advice on general questions of corporate law. In addition, he focuses on inheritance law, in particular, the structuring of private successions.

Julian Monden studied law at the Universities of Hanover and Göttingen (both Germany). After successfully completing his studies, he carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany). Julian Monden joined Luther’s Hanover office in June 2017 and works in Corporate/M&A.
