Kerstin Gröne

Kerstin Gröne specialises in individual and collective employment law, restructuring and litigation. She coordinates projects abroad and liaises with our network law firms and the central human resources departments.

Kerstin Gröne is our clients’ point of contact for all matters related to health and safety at work.

As a mediator, she conducts structured voluntary proceedings – mediation proceedings – with a view to helping the parties resolve their conflicts in a constructive manner.

Employment Law

Kerstin Gröne studied law in Bonn (Germany) from 1991 to 1997 and subsequently carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne (Germany). She was admitted to the German Bar in 1999 and has worked for Luther and its predecessor firms ever since.
