Dr Karina Wojtowicz advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity-related matters, restructurings and general corporate law issues. She advises clients from diverse industries and has special expertise in the health care sector.
Karina Wojtowicz specialises in assisting with complex mergers and acquisitions, providing buy-side and sell-side advice, as well as advising investors on their entry into the German market. In addition, she also advises on the formation of companies, shareholders’ and partners’ agreements, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, management stakes and exits.
Dr Karina Wojtowicz studied law at Leibniz University in Hanover (Germany) and then went on to do her doctorate there under Professor Dr Frauke Brosius-Gersdorf. In 2016, she successfully completed her legal training, part of which involved working for the OECD in Paris (France), and was admitted to the German Bar. Karina Wojtowicz joined Luther’s Hanover office in early 2018.
