M&A Day at the Sole24ore

On 9 September 2020, our Italian Team participated in the M&A Day at the Sole24ore in Milan. 
The event, organized by 4cLegal, saw the participation of some of the most important law firms on the Italian and international scene. Our partner Eckart Petzold held a brilliant speech, highlighting the steps and risks of a cross-border M&A transaction between Italy and Germany.
