Cologne, 29.09.2022 – Luther is once again pleased to receive an award for the DEEP further education programme: Following the azur Award, DEEP has now also won the PMN Award in the "Human Resources" category.
For the 14th time, law firms with innovative projects in management and business services were able to apply for the PMN Awards in various categories, which was then evaluated and awarded by a five-member jury. The festive gala in the ballroom of the Senckenberg Institute in Frankfurt was attended by 110 guests. According to the jury, the interdisciplinary approach of DEEP, which represents a new benchmark for education and training of lawyers, was particularly decisive for the award.
Luther launched the DEEP (Digital Education & Experience Programme) continuing education programme in summer 2021 together with WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. The programme imparts practice-oriented know-how on technology, business and law to both internal and external lawyers. The aim is to provide clients with more holistic advice against the backdrop of digitalisation.
This is not the first award for DEEP this year: The programme has already won the azur Award "Career Development" and has also been nominated for the Financial Times FT Innovative Lawyers Award 2022 in the category "People & Skills".
Luther's partners Dianusch Nazari, Nicole Bittlingmayer and Christian Kuß, Torsten Schneider (Head of HR) and Günter Krieglstein (Head of Luther.Solutions) accepted the award on site.
