Bologna Fiere acquires shares in Health & Beauty Holding with legal advice from Luther

With the legal support of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, the Italian trade fair organiser Bologna Fiere has acquired 60 percent of the shares in the German Health & Beauty Holding. Health & Beauty Holding is a publishing house and trade fair organiser based in Ettlingen in Baden-Württemberg.

The Bologna Fiere Group manages three exhibition centres in Bologna, Modena and Ferrara with more than 75 exhibitions. The trade fair organiser was advised on the Italian side by the law firm NCTM. With a view to German law, a cross-location Luther team consisting of Stuttgart partner Dr. Ulrich Philippi and counsel Matthias Fickert as well as Frankfurt partner and tax consultant Nicole Fröhlich accompanied the transaction.
