CHIRON Group buys Greidenweis Maschinenbau: Luther Team advises again

The CHIRON Group, a globally active manufacturer of milling machines & turnkey processes, wants to expand its capabilities in automation with the acquisition. The core business of Greidenweis remains unaffected. With the strategic and operational cooperation, both companies want to offer their customers attractive future-oriented solutions through optimised and new combinations of products, competences and know-how.

Luther did not advise CHIRON from Tuttlingen for the first time: The Stuttgart team already represented the world's leading provider of machining centres and solutions in several transactions, including the sale of Scherer Feinbau GmbH in 2020, and the restructuring of the company under company law.
