Frankfurt am Main, 26.01.2023 – On 1 February 2023, Dr Johannes Teichmann will start as a partner in the Frankfurt office of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. Teichmann joins Luther from Baker McKenzie, where he advised on trade and distribution law as a partner. Joining him is Rebecca Romig, who will also work for Luther's Commercial team.
Dr Johannes Teichmann brings many years of experience in trade and distribution law as well as the related distribution antitrust law. His industry focus is on the automotive, energy and consumer goods sectors. Among others, he advised a number of global technology and telecommunications groups, car manufacturers and energy companies.
Dr Johannes Teichmann and Rebecca Romig focus on negotiating distribution agreements and commercial contracts along the entire value chain, as well as on general terms and conditions law. In this context, they support clients in setting up and reorganising distribution systems, advise in commercial disputes and in the area of commercial compliance, for example in the implementation of the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act.

Dr Johannes Teichmann has worked in the International Commercial & Trade department at Baker McKenzie, in Frankfurt am Main, since 2008. Previously, he studied law at the University of Regensburg, among other places. He is a member of the German Association for Distribution Law.
Rebecca Romig was admitted to the German Bar in 2018 and has also been working at Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt am Main in the "International Commercial & Trade" department since then. Previously, she studied law at the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg, among other places. She is a member of the German Association for Distribution Law.
