Dr. Borbála Dux strengthens Luther in the area of complex disputes

On 1 October 2018, Dr. Borbála Dux of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer will join the Cologne office of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft as a partner. The 37-year-old attorney will strengthen Luther in the areas of litigation and arbitration.

Dr. Borbála Dux, LL.M. (Paris/Cologne) specialises in mass proceedings, large individual proceedings and international arbitration proceedings. These include in particular litigation and the management of mass actions on the defendant side in the areas of product liability, antitrust damages, capital investment and insurance law. She has already worked with Luther teams on major cross-law firm projects.

About Dr. Borbála Dux
Dr. Borbála Dux, LL.M. (Paris/Cologne) is 37 years old. She studied law at the Universities of Cologne and Paris 1 as part of the Franco-German Master's programme and received her doctorate from the University of Cologne. She joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2012 as a lawyer in the area of dispute resolution. From April 2014, she worked for one year as a legal advisor at the European Court of Justice in the cabinet of Prof. Dr. Thomas von Danwitz, before continuing her legal practice at Freshfields. Dr. Borbála Dux is a native speaker of German and Hungarian.
