Focus on digital consulting expertise: Luther advises Sycor on the sale of subsidiary IQ Solutions

The consulting company Sycor offers its customers comprehensive IT services and solutions. Sycor intends to concentrate on this core competence in the future. The subsidiary IQ Solutions, which specialises in the management and trading of Microsoft licences, no longer fits into this strategic direction. The sale will allow both companies to sharpen their profiles. Sycor intends to continue its partnership with IQ Solutions.

In addition to IQ Solutions, the newly founded Cohemi Group also includes SIRIUS Consulting & Training and Acuroc Solutions. The new consulting group, which focuses on IT, process and organisational consulting, is pursuing a long-term buy-and-build strategy.
