Berlin, 18.04.2024 –The Health Care & Life Science division continues to grow: Dr Thomas Willaschek and his team will join Luther on 1 June 2024 and strengthen the Berlin office with his expertise in outpatient care and digital health.
Dr Thomas Willaschek comes from the renowned healthcare law boutique D+B Rechtsanwälte and advises clients on all regulatory issues relating to market access, cooperation and reimbursement in the German healthcare system. He specialises in the areas of contract doctor law, medical care centres and digital care offerings. The specialist lawyer for medical law has an excellent network in the German healthcare system and has been one of the most frequently recommended lawyers in the relevant rankings for years. Dr Thomas Willaschek is chairman of the Digital Health working group of the DAV's Medical Law Working Group and teaches at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and Dresden International University (DIU) on e-health and telemedicine.
With him, one Counsel, one Senior Associate and one Associate are moving to Luther.
