Deutsche Telekom AG has reallocated its facility management services throughout Germany. The contract was awarded to the Danish service provider ISS. Deutsche Telekom was advised by a team of Luther lawyers with experience in infrastructure issues.
Essen/Dusseldorf - Deutsche Telekom AG has reallocated its facility management services throughout Germany. The contract was awarded to the Danish service provider ISS. Deutsche Telekom was advised by a team of Luther lawyers with experience in infrastructure issues.
The award includes technical, commercial and infrastructural facility management as well as construction services for all Deutsche Telekom Group properties in Germany, with approx. 9,000 locations nationwide and all radio locations. This is one of the largest FM tenders in Europe in recent years. The contract had been put out to tender again after a period of 10 years.
The Danish ISS is one of the world's largest facility managers with over 490,000 employees.
