Frankfurt a. M./Cologne, 9.8.2024 - The coworking provider Work Inn from Dortmund and SleevesUp!, one of the leading providers of innovative office solutions based in Frankfurt a. M., are merging with the help of Luther. This creates new growth opportunities for Germany's largest coworking network.
SleevesUp! and Work Inn have founded a joint company to tap into new growth opportunities. The merger, supported by Luther experts, has created one of the largest decentralized coworking networks in Germany. This includes 44 locations in 29 cities and over 3,000 members. Both companies are family-run coworking pioneers and regional market leaders. The partnership now enables the combination of resources and expertise, locations and reach and contributes to the consolidation of the co-working market in Germany.
"The legal expertise of the Luther team made a decisive contribution to making this challenging project a success," says Dr. Sebastian Schmidt, Managing Director of SleevesUp! "Now our strong and innovative communities can grow together and network throughout Germany," says Work Inn company founder Dörte Schabsky.
The focus of the newly founded company will not just be on the top 7 cities in central locations, as is usually the case in the industry, but on a nationwide expansion throughout Germany. The aim is to grow the network of locations to 100 coworking spaces by 2028 - a new milestone in the coworking sector on the German market.
