Luther advises Dietz Group on sale to FT AG

Under the umbrella of the newly founded Deutsche Elektromotoren Holding GmbH, the merger of Dietz-motoren and Elektromotoren Grünhain GmbH, based in Grünhain-Beierfeld, Saxony, a specialist in the field of electric motors, creates a strong medium-sized electric motor group characterised by local production. After the sale, Dietz-motoren will continue to operate on the market with the familiar brand name. There will be no changes for the employees of Dietz-motoren.
