Luther advises Energy Innovation Capital on participation in Flowcastings

Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft advised the US private equity fund EIC (Energy Innovation Capital) on increasing its stake in Flowcastings GmbH. Luther has been supporting EIC on the German market for several years.

The deal was closed in February 2018. The German Flowcastings GmbH is based in Trebur, Hesse, and develops computer-aided design and manufacturing processes for the development and production of turbine castings. These are used in aviation and industry. Luther's Munich M&A team will support EIC in attracting additional investors and building up its shareholder base.
