Luther advises Hospital Group ANregiomed on Acquisition of Department of Neurology

Luther has got wide experience especially in the hospital sector as among other hospital transactions it provided advice on the merger of the hospitals of the City of Ansbach and the Rural District of Ansbach creating ANregiomed AöR in August 2013.

With effect from 1 April 2015, ANregiomed took over the acute inpatient department of neurology from Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken (location Ansbach/Bavaria), consisting of acute neurology with 25 beds and the pain therapy with 10 beds and 10 places. The agreements for the takeover were signed at the beginning of March 2015.

With the extension by the department of neurology at Klinikum Ansbach, ANregiomed underscores its competence as a tertiary care hospital in the Rural District Ansbach and has now more than 800 beds in total.
