ICB S.r.l. is a renowned company which has specialized in the sale of chemical products for decades and supplies all glassmakers on the famous island of Murano in the port of Venice. ICB S.r.l. controls various subsidiaries (including Kchimica S.r.l.) and was originally also active in the distribution of chemical products in Germany. The purchasers of the shares in A L O Immobilien GmbH are two real estate companies that develop properties for the WETEC Group, a globally networked provider of intelligent energy solutions and automation systems.
