Luther advises on sale of the Marenave fleet

Marenave Schiffahrts AG, a listed company, has completed the sale of its entire fleet. Marenave was advised by law firm Luther on the sale of the fleet.

The sale of the vessels, six tankers, four bulk carriers, two container ships and one car transporter to six different purchasers has taken place in recent months in order to implement restructuring and liability agreements between the shipping company and banks. The last ships of the fleet were handed over to a new owner in September 2017.
