Frankfurt am Main – Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft is able to further expand its track record in capital markets law: Luther advised BörseGo AG, provider of leading financial market analysis and trading platforms, on its IPO on the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Munich Stock Exchange.
Due to the high demand, the public offer of BörseGo AG could be closed before the end of the subscription period for the IPO at the Munich Stock Exchange. The public offering of 3,000 ordinary shares from a capital increase at a fixed price of EUR 240.00 was fully subscribed by private and institutional investors. BörseGo AG had already received EUR 1.9 million from a successful pre-IPO placement. The inclusion of the shares in trading on the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Munich Stock Exchange is expected to take place on 25 March 2022.
In connection with the IPO, Luther prepared the EU growth prospectus approved by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and advised BörseGo AG on all corporate, stock corporation and capital market law issues. Luther also advised on the pre-IPO in terms of corporate and stock corporation law.
The IPO of BörseGo AG is strategically motivated. The aim is to increase the level of awareness and thereby increase the reach, with the aim of gaining new customers.
The IPO was accompanied by BankM AG, which acted as lead manager and responsible issuing expert.
"BörseGo AG is a very well-known name in the financial market and trading sector. This strategically motivated IPO of the FinTech pioneer could well be a role model for further IPOs. A successful transaction is a confirmation for all parties involved," said Luther partner Ingo Wegerich, who was responsible for the transaction: "We are constantly expanding our track record in capital markets law. After a large number of corporate bonds and capital increases in the recent past, we have now advised on another IPO and can build on our very successful IPO practice of the past." In June 2021, for example, Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft had advised SV Werder Bremen on the issue of a corporate bond.
