Luther advises Oraylis on change in shareholder structure

Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft advised Oraylis GmbH, a consulting firm for IT solutions, on changes in the shareholder structure.

Specifically, the shareholder of the Düsseldorf-based IT company Jörg Plümacher was legally assisted by Luther in the separation of his business activities from his co-shareholder Thomas Strehlow. Plümacher's 50 percent share was transferred to Strehlow.
