Luther advises real estate asset manager AEW on the purchase of a real estate complex on Mallorca

The Luther team, led by Dr Bela Jansen and assisted by Nicole Bittlingmayer, Anna-Sophia Riebeling and Maryana Slyusarchuk, advised AEW, one of the world's largest real estate asset managers, on the purchase of a property complex in Mallorca.

The property Joan Miró 36 comprises 103 flats on six floors with a total living area of 10,000 square metres, 186 parking spaces and 940 square metres of commercial space.

AEW plans to extensively expand the property. Among other things, a coworking area, a gym and a cafeteria are to be built. There are also plans to make the building sustainable. Solar panels, a green terrace with rainwater irrigation and water-saving technologies will be installed.
