Frankfurt, 07.09.2023 – The Karlsruhe-based start-up AskUI has raised EUR 4.3 million in a financing round. The team of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft provided legal advice to the start-up.
Many well-known investors were involved in the financing round: In addition to main investor Eurazeo, 468 Capital, LEA Partners, APX and Seedcamp are also involved in AskUI. The business angels Carsten Thoma and Christian Stiebner also participated.
Luther has been advising AskUI on all legal matters, particularly in connection with financing rounds, for over two years.
