Stuttgart/Frankfurt –Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft provided legal advice to the shareholders of Munich-based Ruetz System Solutions GmbH on the sale to in-tech GmbH.
in-tech, also based in Munich and a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), acquired 100% of the shares in Ruetz System Solutions as part of the transaction.
The aim of the transaction is to combine Ruetz's experience and expertise in automotive data communication with in-tech's broad range of automotive services, to grow together and to strengthen its market position in the automotive sector.
The closing of the purchase agreement is subject to the foreign trade approval of the BMWK and is scheduled for the current second quarter of 2022.
