Luther advises Reshape Energy on successful €5 million financing round

Reshape Energy is receiving new expansion capital for its solution, which enables property owners and tenants to reduce costs, increase property value and achieve sustainability goals. The financing was led by Vireo Ventures and PostScriptum Ventures, with participation from the founding team and other industry experts. With this advisory service, Luther is once again demonstrating its expertise in supporting growth companies in the field of renewable energies and sustainability.

A team of Luther lawyers led by Dr Andreas Kloyer and Dr Thorsten Becker provided Reshape Energy with comprehensive legal advice throughout the entire financing process. This included, in particular, contract drafting and negotiations with investors, as well as structuring the financing round. With this strategic support, Reshape Energy was able to set the course for further growth in the German market and to push ahead with its expansion.

Benjamin Stanzl, one of the founders of Reshape Energy, also participated in the financing round.
