Luther strengthens its antitrust practice in Munich

Dr Sebastian Janka will move from Noerr to Luther on 1st of July 2019 as a Partner and will head up the Munich antitrust team. With this move, Luther is creating a third location for antitrust law.

Sebastian Janka strengthens Luther's already strong Compliance Practice Group. "I am delighted to become part of the dynamic antitrust team and help shape the Munich office. At Luther, I can further develop the market position and the international profile both for myself and for the firm," said Janka. Luther is one of the few law firms in Munich that are in a position to offer the core disciplines of compliance advice – white-collar crime and antitrust law – from a single source. "With Sebastian Janka, we have gained a colleague who is already very well positioned in the market. As part of the further strategic expansion of our office, we want to attract additional colleagues with a similar positioning in other specialist areas", explained Dr. André Große Vorholt, Location Head of the Munich office.
