Recently, German real estate investment company Mähren AG has sold two real estate portfolios with a total of 62 properties and 2,197 units in Berlin, Halle (Saale), Magdeburg, and Leipzig for around 287.5 million euros. The portfolios were bought by ADO Properties and Brack Capital (Brack Capital Properties N.V.).
Recently, German real estate investment company Mähren AG has sold two real estate portfolios with a total of 62 properties and 2,197 units in Berlin, Halle (Saale), Magdeburg, and Leipzig for around 287.5 million euros. The portfolios were bought by ADO Properties and Brack Capital (Brack Capital Properties N.V.). Mähren AG chose law firm Luther as its adviser for both transactions. With the two sales, Mähren AG has completed transactions totalling almost 470 million euros in the current year, which means that already in the first nine months of 2017, it has realized the best annual result since the company was established.
