Luther supports the Italian FINMASI Group in the acquisition of a German circuit board manufacturer

The Italian FINMASI Group of the entrepreneur Marcello Masi, based in Modena, has acquired EPN Electroprint GmbH from Neustadt an der Orla in Thuringia. Luther provided legal advice to FINMASI di Marcello Masi & C. S.a.p.A. on the successful conclusion of this transaction.

EPN designs and manufactures circuit boards. The products are an essential part of almost all electronic devices. EPN distributes these mainly on the German market.
With this acquisition, the FINMASI Group gains an additional European production site for printed circuit boards in addition to the two Group companies Cistelaier S.p.A. from Italy and Techci Rhône-Alpes SA from France.
The FINMASI Group also focuses on other industrial sectors such as the steel industry, the manufacture of sensors for automation and transport and hotel services.The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
