Hanover, 22.11.2023 – The Gauselmann Group has won the tender for the casino licence in the state of Lower Saxony. It was legally advised by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.
In March 2023, the Lower Saxony Ministry of Finance put the casino licence for the operation of up to ten casinos in Lower Saxony out to tender. In this procedure, MSBN Projekt GmbH & Co. KG, a Gauselmann Group company, has now been awarded the competition and the licence to operate the casino for 15 years.
Gauselmann once again placed its trust in the Luther casino team, which had already secured the casino licences in Saxony-Anhalt and North Rhine-Westphalia (through the purchase of the former WestSpiel Group).
"We were able to convince with innovation and legal certainty," says David Schnabel, the responsible Managing Director at Gauselmann.
