Since 1 June 2017, Dr Christian Horn (43) has enhanced the M&A team as a partner at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. He will be bringing his extensive experience in mid-cap transactions and international M&A projects to the Berlin Luther location.
Since 1 June 2017, Dr Christian Horn (43) has enhanced the M&A team as a partner at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. The expert in M&A transactions served most recently as a partner at K&L Gates, and previously worked for Hengeler Mueller. He will be bringing his extensive experience in mid-cap transactions and international M&A projects to the Berlin Luther location.
Dr Christian Horn's consulting work focuses on mid-cap M&A transactions and joint ventures for both domestic and international groups and owner-operated family companies, among other topics. He advises German and international clients on corporate law matters and restructuring projects.

About Dr Christian Horn
Dr Christian Horn has been working as a lawyer since 2006. Before joining Luther as a partner in 2017, he spent around six years at K&L Gates, most recently as a partner in Berlin, and before that spent about five years working with Hengeler Mueller in Berlin and Dusseldorf.
He studied law at Freiburg i. Br., Geneva, and Heidelberg universities, and completed his doctoral work at the University of Freiburg i. Br. (Dr. jur.). In addition, he also received a "Master of Laws" (L.L.M.) from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, and has been a licensed attorney-at-law in New York since 2004.
