Strengthening in M&A: Luther gains Denis Bacina

Denis Bacina (43) joined Luther's Frankfurt office as a partner in M&A on September 1. The expert for cross-border M&A last worked at PwC Legal, before that at Linklaters and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Denis Bacina's areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance. In the past, he has been involved in a variety of mergers and acquisitions, including private equity transactions, cross-border transactions, divestitures, spin-offs and joint ventures. Most recently, Denis Bacina assisted Irish toy retailer Smyths Toys Superstores in the takeover of around 90 Toys "R "Us stores in German-speaking countries.
