WHW Schlauch- und Dichtungstechnik acquires business unit with Luther

WHW Schlauch- und Dichtungstechnik GmbH & Co KG has taken over the "Technical Trading" business unit of Knapheide Gmbh Hydraulik Systeme as part of an asset deal worth 4.6 million euros. In providing legal advice, the company relied on the expertise of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.

The newly founded company WHW, based in Beckum, North Rhine-Westphalia, focuses on the purchase and sale of spare parts and components for hose and sealing technology. WHW has taken over all technical trade employees and granted them a temporary employment and location guarantee for a limited period of time.
