Alina Moers advises her clients on IT law issues in connection with innovative business models which arise from digitalisation and the use of new technologies (inter alia, AI, metaverse, cloud, or IoT). Her primary focus in this regard is on data protection and IT law. Alina Moers has special expertise in legal issues concerning the data protection compliance of national and international business models.
Alina Moers studied law at the University of Cologne (Germany) and worked as a research assistant in IT and copyright law at a medium-sized law firm. As part of her legal training, she worked for the Federal Office of Justice in Bonn (Germany) and for Luther’s IP/IT team, amongst others.
