Denis Miller

Denis Miller advises on all matters pertaining to individual or collective employment law. This includes, in particular, advising on the drafting and termination of contracts. He also represents his clients in labour and civil courts.

Employment Law

Denis Miller studied law at the University of Potsdam (Germany). He then worked as a research assistant in a commercial law firm in Berlin, dealing with employment law issues. Denis Miller carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which also included periods of training in the labour and collective bargaining division of the Berlin Senate Department for Integration, Labour and Social Affairs and in an international commercial law firm in employment law and compliance. Denis Miller joined Luther as a lawyer in 2023.
