Lida Karra

Lida Karra provides corporate law advice to clients in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, in particular when selling or purchasing companies. In addition, she also advises on matters pertaining to corporate and contract law, as well as on restructurings and corporate actions.

Corporate/M&A

Lida Karra studied law at the University of Heidelberg (Germany) and, from 2020 to 2022, carried out her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe (Germany). Part of her legal training involved working in a commercial law firm in Atlanta (USA) in the area of corporate/M&A.

Lida Karra was admitted to the German Bar in 2023 and initially worked as a corporate/M&A lawyer in a boutique law firm before moving to Luther in 2024.
