Marc Theiner

Marc Theiner primarily advises European companies and start-ups on investment projects in the Asia/Pacific region. He specializes in advising on corporate law, private equity transactions, do-mestic and cross-border M&A as well as regulatory law with a focus on anti-money laundering law and cyber security.

Marc Theiner studied law at the University of Augsburg, specializing in corporate and employment law. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with stages at a leading US law firm in Munich and Singapore before joining Luther in 2023.
