Sabrina Aurnhammer advises domestic and international clients on matters pertaining to European and German antitrust law. Her practice concentrates on merger control proceedings and on representing clients in investigations and fine proceedings conducted by antitrust authorities and in investment control procedures (foreign direct investment (FDI)). Sabrina Aurnhammer further specialises in advising clients on vertical distribution and supply agreements and on cooperation between competitors, as well as providing compliance advice and assisting with antitrust damages proceedings.
Sabrina Aurnhammer studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (Germany). Part of her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Munich involved working in the antitrust department of an international commercial law firm in Munich, another part working in Sydney (Australia), where she dealt with matters at the interface between corporate/M&A and antitrust law. During a three-year period spent living in Singapore and a period spent working in a large Singapore-based commercial law firm, she gained further insight into the APAC region. Sabrina Aurnhammer is a member of Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, an association of German-speaking lawyers specialising in antitrust law, and of Forum Investitionsprüfung, a German association encouraging discussion about topics related to foreign investment review.
