Senior Associate
Victoria Schöll advises German and foreign investment management companies, asset managers and institutional investors on matters pertaining to asset management, investment and securities supervisory law. Her services in this area include negotiating and drafting the usual fund documentation and carrying out the corresponding approval procedures with the supervisory authorities in Germany and Luxembourg. In addition, Victoria Schöll assists her clients’ legal departments in dealing with day-to-day legal challenges regarding investment law issues, in particular in the field of funds. She further concentrates her legal practice on performing due diligence reviews of target investments and evaluating international investment law-related expert opinions.
Victoria Schöll studied law, with an emphasis on international business law, at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). Whilst at university and during her legal training, she worked at various global law firms, focusing on capital markets law. Victoria Schöll joined Luther as a lawyer in 2023.
