(Cologne) - The nationally renowned public procurement lawyer Tobias Osseforth and his team, consisting of Counsel Dr Stephen Lampert and Associates Jenny Schindler and Juliana Gsellhofer, will join Luther on 1 January 2022. The team thus provides Luther with an even greater market presence in public procurement law in the south.
Tobias Osseforth (46) and his team advise on mostly complex procurement procedures in the IT, health, planning and construction sectors. Osseforth represents renowned clients such as the Free State of Bavaria and Heidelberg University Hospital. He will work closely with Luther's other public procurement offices in Berlin, Hanover, Düsseldorf, Essen and Leipzig. With this addition, Luther will have a total of almost 30 colleagues working in public procurement law. Luther now has one of the largest German teams in public procurement law.
Ulf-Dieter-Pape, head of Luther's public procurement practice, commented: "Tobias Osseforth's team is an outstanding, nationally renowned public procurement team. Osseforth's move gives us a further boost to lead Luther to the top of the market in public procurement law in the coming years." Luther had already recently strengthened its team with the well-known public procurement lawyer Dr Stefan Mager and significantly increased its presence in the West. "Luther's public procurement law practice is affiliated with the real estate and infrastructure advisory services and is thus linked to the IT and construction law areas," adds Achim Meier, Service Line Head Real Estate at Luther. "Tobias Osseforth's focus is therefore an ideal fit for us."
Tobias Osseforth adds: "We are very pleased that we will now be part of Luther's large public procurement team and that we will be able to play a decisive role in the further expansion of the public procurement practice.”
