Litigation & Arbitration: Luther wins disputes expert Dr Anika Wendelstein as a partner

Stuttgart, 30 September 2024 – The renowned disputes expert Dr Anika Wendelstein (39) will join Luther's Stuttgart office as a partner in the Complex Disputes team on 1 October 2024.

Background

Anika Wendelstein joins from CMS and represents German and international companies and business personalities in commercial proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals. She has extensive experience in advising on directors‘ and officers’ liability and on product liability – with a focus on the e-mobility industry. In addition, she specialises in the future-oriented field of ESG litigation. At Luther, Anika Wendelstein will strengthen the Complex Disputes service line:

About Dr Anika Wendelstein:

Dr Anika Wendelstein was admitted to the bar in 2015. Most recently, she worked as a counsel at CMS in Stuttgart, where she advised on the full range of commercial disputes under civil law.

She studied law in Tübingen, where she also completed her doctorate. In addition, Anika Wendelstein is a member of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the German Initiative of Young Arbitration Lawyers (DIS 40), Working Moms – Pro Kinder Pro Karriere Stuttgart e.V. and the Tübingen Law Society.
