Luther accompanies two pension funds to Leipzig

Two medical pension funds have acquired housing projects in Leipzig. The Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft team provided legal and tax advice to the buyers.

Ärzteversorgung Sachsen-Anhalt has acquired an object with 52 apartments by way of a forward deal. Completion of the property is planned for 2020. Ärzteversorgung Niedersachsen has acquired a new building project with 87 apartments and 100 underground parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase prices. The support was provided by the Luther team.

For both pension funds, this is their entry into the Leipzig real estate market. Further projects in prime locations are under consideration.
