Luther advises GP Papenburg on sale to HIH Healthcare Fund

The project development comprises two separate four-storey buildings: a health centre of approx. 1,600 square metres and an administration building of just under 2,000 square metres that has already been built and rented by a local energy supplier. Completion of the health centre, which will be occupied by a local home nursing service as well as doctors' practices and therapeutic facilities, among others, is planned for the end of 2023.

Papenburg and Luther are a well-established team: most recently, the company relied on Luther's Leipzig office around Dr Thomas Gohrke for the sale of the Hallorenring project – a project development for senior living in Halle an der Saale.
