Dusseldorf – As part of its international expansion strategy, SEC Newgate has acquired 60% of the Berlin-based communications agency ORCA Affairs. The agency group, based in Milan (Italy), was comprehensively advised by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft on the transaction.
SEC Newgate is an integrated global network of communication, advocacy and research specialists. The acquisition of further communication agencies is part of the agency network's growth strategy.
