Düsseldorf, 21.05.2024 – RGE, a subsidiary of the City of Essen, invited tenders for framework agreements in two lots in a Europe-wide procurement procedure for the long-term retention of high-performance cooperation partners for security and services and successfully concluded the procedure. The project was supported by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in terms of procurement and contract law.
As a municipal service provider, RGE is the point of contact for institutions and event organisers when it comes to security and other services. The service portfolio ranges from property protection to reception services, trade fair and event support to emergency response in the event of incidents and security incidents. RGE can only provide its personnel and professional expertise with co-operation partners. It is therefore all the more dependent on reliable and sustainable partnerships that guarantee the high quality standards of the RGE.
RGE relied on the expertise of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft for the development of the award strategy, the preparation and implementation of the tendering process through to the award of the contract and the defence against procedural complaints from the bidders. Thanks to the successful implementation of the award procedure, sufficient cooperation partners were gained for RGE.
