Luther advises on AG Capital's majority stake in CD-LUX

The majority stake of AG Capital has secured the support of CD-LUX for the targeted promotion of growth and internationalisation. A team from the law firm Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft provided legal advice on the private equity investment, under the leadership of partner Philipp Glock. The previous owners will retain a significant stake as legacy shareholders and will continue their active role in the company.
