Logistics Deal of the Year in the Leipzig Region Thanks to Luther

Hines acquires a 28 hectare site in Grimma near Leipzig for the "European Value Fund 3" fund. The location directly at the A14 and the federal road S38 enables the realisation of a commercial and industrial park with about 115,000 m² GFA. Hines intends to equip the entire roof with photovoltaic panels and is aiming for DGNB Platinum certification.

As with parts of the previous construction phase, the WEP Group as seller was accompanied by the Luther team led by Thomas Gohrke. "A well-coordinated team with professionals is an essential success factor in the current market. With Luther, we are in the best possible position," says Gregor Bogen, WEP Managing Director, summing up the cooperation with Luther.

BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as intermediary in the transaction and describes the project as deal of the year.
