Luther represents Hauck & Aufhäuser in billion-euro lawsuit

Due to the insolvency of his company, a Stuttgart businessman sued Deutsche Bank and the private bank Hauck & Aufhäuser for more than 11 billion euros. Hauck & Aufhäuser has entrusted a team of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft with the litigation.

Due to the insolvency of his company, a Stuttgart businessman sued Deutsche Bank and the private bank Hauck & Aufhäuser for more than 11 billion euros. Hauck & Aufhäuser has entrusted a team of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft with the litigation.  

As has already been reported in the media several times in recent days, a Stuttgart businessman has filed a claim for damages with the Frankfurt Regional Court against Deutsche Bank and the private bank Hauck & Aufhäuser.

In several instances, the businessman has already tried to obtain damages - in vain. Hauck & Aufhäuser has now entrusted the mandate to a Luther team headed by partner Dr. Stephan Bausch.
