Theresa Oesch advises contracting authorities and private companies on public law matters, in particular on administrative law in the highly regulated health care and gambling sectors. She further advises clients in the real estate sector on public building law issues.

Theresa Oesch studied law at the University of Marburg (Germany) and then carried out her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main (Germany), which inter alia included a training period at an internationally operating commercial law firm in Singapore. In 2016, Theresa Oesch started her professional career as a lawyer at an internationally operating commercial law firm in Frankfurt. In November 2018, she moved to Luther’s Leipzig office, where she has since practised as a lawyer – with only one interruption when she worked in administration for the German state of Saxony.
