Samantha Oehlke

Samantha Oehlke advises companies and start-ups on investment projects in the Asia/Pacific region. Her areas of expertise include corporate law, private equity transactions, venture capital, domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate governance.

Corporate/M&A

Samantha Oehlke studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt (Main), with a specialization in "Law and Finance". After graduating from university, she worked as a law clerk at leading national and international corporate law firms in Frankfurt (Main) and Berlin. Samantha Oehlke completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, including periods of training at a transactions law firm and a law firm in Texas, USA.
 
Samantha Oehlke joined Luther as a lawyer in 2024. She is currently completing her Doctorate (Dr.jur.) at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), with a thesis on an M&A topic.
